From Euro 2800 per week (rate dependent on season) including one week rental, breakfast basket at arrival, utilities except telephone and heating, change of linens once a week on Saturday and three hour maid service twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday). Le Capanne, located within the hamlet, offers 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.

From Euro 1600 per week including one week rental, breakfast basket at arrival, utilities except telephone and heating, one mid-week maid service (Wednesday), change of linen once a week on Saturday. Casa del Neri is located on the road to the hamlet and offers 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.
Package of tours, applicable to both houses:
- 1 tour with a private guide in one of the following cities: Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi.
- 1 dinner or cooking class (depending on availability of either one)
- 1 visit and tasting at a Brunello winery in Montalcino, transportation not included
Cost: 450 euros from 1 to 4 guests.
Any additional guest: 100 euros per person
